Zantello’s Interior Care was originally called Ken's Interior Care and was started in 1985 by Kraig’s late father. Sadly, Ken died suddenly in 1992 and the business died with him. At the time of Ken's death, Kraig was attending Western Michigan University to become a teacher. After he graduated in 1995, he decided that, instead of teaching, he wanted to reopen the family business.

By the spring of 1996, Zantello’s Interior Care was up and going. The business has steadily grown over the last 24 years. Kraig has upgraded all his equipment from a portable machine that was taken into his clients' houses to a van-mounted unit that is encased in the van. He now has two of those units.

Kraig attends cleaning classes every year. He purchases all his equipment from a company in Indianapolis called Bane Clene, and they provide different cleaning specialist classes. He is certified in all Bane Clene equipment and products. Kraig is not just the owner of the company; he is one of the full-time cleaners and loves maintaining the ongoing relationships with the faithful clients who have made Zantello's Interior Care the successful small business that it is today.

Kraig's wife, Bethany, is the receptionist and office administrator for Zantello’s, and they have three children. Kraig and Bethany firmly believe that exceptional customer service and quality work are the foundation of any thriving business. They have made the conscious decision to keep their business relatively small so that they can continue offering the personal touch that keeps customers coming back year after year.
